Attention menswear fans: Montreal-based retailer Frank & Oak is opening a new flagship store in Vancouver’s Gastown, at 316 W. Cordova. People who have been to their former pop-up shop at nearby Abbott Street will be pleased to hear that the space has now grown to 2,400 square-feet and will feature more clothes, including original monthly styles and limited run items. There’s also fresh juice squeezed by local business Krokodile Pear available at a counter up front. and a full service onsite barbershop at the back, right next to a large area that will be used to host future community activities.
Online shopping remains a big focus and customers can look up their profiles and previous orders in-store, and choose to have something shipped directly to their home if it’s not in stock at the shop.
The new flagship is the company’s 13th brick and mortar location, following a recent expansion into the United States. The latest spot will have its soft launch on Saturday, Dec. 5, with regular hours starting on the 7th (more info on the website). Here are a few pictures from a preview event last night.
