Vancouver Craft Beer Week finished strong this past weekend with the biggest 2016 VCBW/Donnelly Group Festival yet, held at the PNE Centre Grounds. About 120 breweries and cideries from the Lower Mainland, other parts of B.C. and the United States crammed into the venue along with thousands of thirsty visitors from June 3 to 5.
In addition to all the craft beer, festival goers were entertained by live music on multiple stages. The CFOX Mainstage featured winners from the radio station’s #WillPlayForBeer contest where listeners voted online for their favourite bands including The Brass Action, Band or Rascals, Dakota Pearl and more. VCBW may be over, but you can pick up a passport from any Donnelly pub, until June 15, and get stamped by drinking New Belgium Brewing craft for a chance to win a trip to Tour de Fat rolling bike and beer carnival.
