The latest company to help making working-from-home a little more enjoyable is SiriusXM Satellite Radio, that has just announced it’s giving complimentary listening to 300-plus channels of ad-free music, sports, comedy and talk until May 15 for non-subscribers.

“For everyone staying at home during this time, we are providing easy access to our full streaming lineup of music, entertainment, news and information,” said SiriusXM Canada CEO Mark Redmond in a news release. “While providing trusted sources for important information, we also hope we can provide entertainment and a welcome distraction through all of our content and hosts in the days ahead.”

Users can tune in either via the mobile app or on the website at www.siriusxm.ca/offer/stream-free. Making an account or entering any registration information is not required.

As part of the promotion, the streaming service is introducing the new #StayHome Radio on channel 179, which plays happy, feel-good songs by artists like Lizzo, Coldplay, Pink and Bob Marley. Top 1000 (177) counts down the top 1000 hits in different genres — for example classic rock, alternative, hip-hop — set to rotate every two weeks.

Making a return is The Billy Joel Channel (30), featuring not only tracks from his decades-long career but  interviews as well, and Dave Matthews Band Radio (176) with encore airings of their past live performances.
