On Tuesday, Earls Kitchen + Bar officially opened their new Test Kitchen location on the second floor of their restaurant at 905 Hornby St. The existing establishment recently underwent a $1.2 million renovation, and now allows the public to sample some exciting experimental dishes created by a group of consultant chefs dubbed the “Chef Collective.” Read the full story.
